What This Guarantee Covers
This guarantee applies to all RootFusion products purchased directly from RootFusion SA. If you've given the routine a fair go and you're simply not happy with your purchase, you're eligible for a full refund within the guarantee window.
Terms and Conditions
To qualify for our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee, the following conditions apply:
1. Give It a Fair Try
We ask that you actually use the product as directed for a reasonable period before claiming — scalp care is a routine, and a routine needs consistency to be worth judging.
2. Timely Claim Submission
All guarantee claims must be submitted within 95 days of the original purchase date. Claims submitted after this period may not be honoured.
3. Return of Product
You may be required to return the purchased product(s) to us before a refund is processed. We will provide return instructions upon approval of your claim.
How to Claim
To make a claim under this guarantee, email us at support@rootfusionsa.co.za with:
- Your order number
- A brief note on why it wasn't right for you
Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and respond with next steps. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Your Rights Are Not Affected
This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act. It does not replace or limit them.
