How often should I use it?
RootFusion is designed as a daily ritual — five to ten minutes a day. Everyone's hair and scalp are different, so we don't make promises about a specific outcome or timeline. What we will say is that consistency is the whole point: use it daily, give it a fair run, and if it isn't for you, our 90-day money-back guarantee has you covered.
Do I need both the brush and serum?
They're designed to be used together. The Growth Serum is a botanical rosemary & mint formula you work into the scalp, and the brush adds infrared warmth and a deep bristle massage that helps you work the serum right in. That said, the serum works perfectly well on its own if you'd rather apply it by hand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods securely through PayFast and Yoco, two of South Africa's most trusted payment gateways — including credit & cheque cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, and bank QR / Scan to Pay. You can also pay monthly with Mobicred — choose Payfast, then Mobicred at checkout.
Can I pay in monthly instalments?
Yes — pay with Mobicred and split your order into affordable monthly instalments. At checkout, choose Payfast, then select Mobicred. You'll need a Mobicred account and to be pre-approved for credit.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
Try RootFusion for 90 days. If you use the products as directed and you're not happy, simply email us at support@rootfusionsa.co.za with your order number and we'll process a full refund. See our Money Back Guarantee page for full details.
Is this suitable for all hair types?
Yes. RootFusion is designed for all hair types and textures — whether your hair is straight, wavy, curly or coily. The infrared warmth and botanical ingredients work at the scalp level, so the routine is the same regardless of your hair type.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been shipped from us via Aramex or Courier Guy.
Where is your stock kept?
All our stock is held and sourced locally right here in South Africa. Because we don't ship from overseas, your order is dispatched from within the country and reaches you faster.
